The subscriptions nobody remembers paying for.
Every streaming service, app and membership in one list, with the real yearly total, who in the household owns it, and a quiet flag on the ones that look unused.
2 minutes to set up · no card · no bank login
- Monthly and yearly totals, plus active count
- Per-subscription owner and next due date
- A nudge on services that look unused
- Upcoming renewals on the dashboard
The yearly number is the one that stings
CASHO totals your household subscriptions monthly and yearly, and shows how many are active. Monthly amounts feel small on their own. Seeing them annualised, next to your income, is usually the moment something gets cancelled.
A card per service, with an owner
Each subscription gets a card showing the next due date, who in the household owns it, and when it was last used. You can cancel or reactivate a subscription in CASHO to keep the list honest, and the member view shows which subscriptions sit against each person.
- Next due date, so renewals stop being a surprise.
- Owner, so the shared list does not turn into a mystery.
- Last used, which is the field that settles most arguments.
A nudge, not a lecture
When services look unused, CASHO surfaces a "you could save around $X a month" nudge and flags them among upcoming renewals on the dashboard. The figures you see on this site, like $34 a month across two unused subscriptions, are illustrative examples rather than a promised saving.
Cancelling happens with the provider
CASHO tracks and organises money, it never moves it. Marking a subscription cancelled updates your household picture, and the actual cancellation happens with the service itself. Nothing in CASHO can charge you or stop a charge.
Subscriptions, answered.
More in the full FAQ, or email hello@casho.com.au. We are happy to help.
How does CASHO know a subscription is unused?
It uses the last-used information your household keeps on each subscription and flags the ones sitting idle. The logic is rule-based, so the same inputs always give the same flag.
Can CASHO cancel a subscription for me?
No. CASHO never moves money or contacts providers. Marking something cancelled keeps your household picture accurate, and you cancel with the provider itself.
Does CASHO connect to our bank?
No, and that’s on purpose. CASHO has no bank connection. You add transactions yourself, which keeps your banking details private and helps you actually notice your spending.
